What I Do

At Get It Girl Fitness, I design and conduct fitness programs for women in and around San Pablo, California. Each class is different to ensure that you won't get bored and you look forward to trying something new every day. I also occasionally bring in special instructors to teach you exercises that will help you lose weight even faster and more effectively!

Best of all, you get to develop strong bonds of camaraderie and sisterhood with your fellow participants because you work out together. You get to be part of a big support system that will inspire and motivate you to stay focused on your health and wellness goals.

Get It Girl Fitness is a women's only boot camp with the goal to provide a safe place for women to workout.


Get It Girl Fitness is more than a workout group. We are a community of women where you find support, encouragement, camaraderie and lifelong friendships. I've found that combining groups of women with similar goals for their health creates a magical environment.


Get It Girl Fitness has been going strong for the last year and a half and currently has 70 members with the goal of reaching 100 in the next 6 months. We have been utilizing different spaces including parks and now with a permanent location, we really have a chance to grow. Get It Girl fitness will provide health and fitness services that are good in quality and low in cost. We are community-oriented so not only providing services to our members but free community events monthly.


Get It Girl Fitness will provide the following services.

  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • Bootcamp
  • Hip Hop Step
  • Cardio Dance Fusion
  • Private and Small Group Training
  • Strength Training
  • Nutrition Assistance
  • Virtual Training

Each class is 50 minutes.

Monday- Thursday: 5:00 AM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM
